We reserve the right to collect a deposit equal to the first night's stay. Being a small exclusive inn, cancellations affect us dramatically. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date are not subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 to 15 days prior to reservation are subject to a cancellation fee equal to half of first night's stay. Cancellations made within 14 days to day before arrival  are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
